We have a warehouse in Poland, so we can quickly deliver your product to EU country. Then, within 5-7 days, we will independently deliver your products to our office in Ukraine.

WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Once we receive the product in Poland, we begin preparation by creating a shooting scenario, detailing all aspects of the shoot. This typically takes between 3-5 working days*.
After the script is agreed upon, we begin filming. The footage is edited during the following workweek before being sent to the client.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
You can deliver the products to our address in Poland. Contact us and we will tell you more. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We have per-image or video fixed pricing for each category of service (product photo, model photoshoot, Amazon Video etc). You can also order our package of photo and video content for your brand for a month. There’s a 500$ minimum order for new clients.
CAN I PROVIDE EXAMPLES?
Sure! We encourage all our clients to provide references to understand what result you would like to achieve.
DO YOU ACCEPT REVISIONS?
YWe work hard to plan every detail before the shoot so that the end result meets your expectations. We aim to make all necessary changes through editing without needing to reshoot anything.
DO YOU PROVIDE RETOUCHING?
Yes, standard retouching is included for every image you order. Any complex manipulations such as fixing product damages will be paid.
